Just because they only have one MP in Scotland does not mean they can't govern here. If you extend you rational does that mean the Tories can't govern the NE of England? Or any other area where there is concentration of seats for another party.<br /><br />Part of democracy is having respect for the result. If you think Scotland should be independent then that is another issue.
