I know it seems like I am constantly having a go at the COU, but it is actually the numerous layers of control and reporting throughout the Council that need pruning, not the front-line workers.
like the way the bloke from Poland is the only one actuallly doing the job!
ReplyDeleteNo Consultants?
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeletei'm you are being extremely racest and very rude to councilors who work hard for the Western Isles.
CW.
3.16 PM Yes, that's the joke!
ReplyDelete4.38 PM nice one :-)
6.52 PM are you pissed or thick (like 3.46 PM) or perhaps you both work for CNES which would explain everything.
6:52 PM Did you bunk off your Remedial English class at the special school to write that? Unclear what your contribution to the Western Isles is, but it's a good bet that it isn't in the field of fine literature.
ReplyDeleteI don't think there is a COU dept anymore were they not taken over by the tech services because they where losing so much money and it can be buried easier in that dept and they don't have to give an explanation.
ReplyDeleteLooks like yesterday when I was driving past bayhead as the council workers were trying to put a yellow line in the parking spaces. Will it finally get rid of the cars for sale with the new restrictions in place?
ReplyDelete3:46 here again
ReplyDelete8:52 to quote another 'foreigner' Well, Duh!
agree with the rest of your points, though! (although as 12:21 points out it is difficult to understand "Calum")

ReplyDeleteI hope not.
5.53 how come you say "I hope not"?
ReplyDeleteWhere else in this town are you going to go and look for a new motor. We havent got a motor mile, we dont even have 200yds anymore. Kiwi behind these yellow lines to help sell the shite he has out the back of his place.
