How the Council works

I have been sent a copy of the top secret submission by the Council to the Audit Commission demonstrating it's good practices.

    Having bailed out I can confirm that far fetched as this may sound it is too close to the truth for comfort

    What do you mean "close to the truth"? I bailed out and it is the truth, but not only at CnES try WIHB.
