I know it seems like I am constantly having a go at the COU, but it is actually the numerous layers of control and reporting throughout the Council that need pruning, not the front-line workers.

I don't think there is a COU dept anymore were they not taken over by the tech services because they where losing so much money and it can be buried easier in that dept and they don't have to give an explanation.
Looks like yesterday when I was driving past bayhead as the council workers were trying to put a yellow line in the parking spaces. Will it finally get rid of the cars for sale with the new restrictions in place?

Where else in this town are you going to go and look for a new motor. We havent got a motor mile, we dont even have 200yds anymore. Kiwi behind these yellow lines to help sell the shite he has out the back of his place.
