Any proven errors of fact made will be corrected in the original article, or by publishing a correction at the same degree of prominence, or both. As far as practical, others who have quoted the article will be requested to make a note in their article - this would include, for example pinging back with the correction those who had linked to the original piece.
If articles are ever removed, a statement of why that has been done will be left in situ.

Well, I'd like to consider the facts (as you advise people re: windfarms). However, despite councillors and the media having access to the report, one group of people seem to have been overlooked - the residents.
I've emailed the council several times to ask if they can put the report up on their website for residents. No sign of it yet.
Can you make it happen? I'd rather not base any opinion or consideration purely on media reports. Plus it was my local tax that paid for the report, so I should at least get to see it at some point?
