P60 time
I spent most of today getting P60s printed and submitted to the Inland Revenue. It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it.
We have about 70 payroll clients meaning about 1,500 P60s to be printed, checked and submitted, before the start of the new tax year.
Thankfully, we are able to submit them electronically before the end of the current tax year, so as soon as week 52 is processed, of it goes.
The last of the Norwegian Tax Returns went this week too. Over 30 sent this year, all within three months of the end of the tax year, based on Norwegian P60s forms, most of which were Norwegian. If UK taxpayers had to complete their tax returns within three months, they'd mostly be in jail.

More tax dodging being done again?
Maybe you will get your P45 on the 3rd of May. I really wanna vote for you, but the wind farm thing is really eating away at me, like is this the saviour for these islands? Or will it be the death of the islands? I am also concerned about the health implications of having over-head cables, an inter-connector and a couple of hundred windmills around the islands. There are too many unknowns, and those that do know, don't know the real unknowns, and what we do know is not everything, because there are still too many unknowns for us to know the truth. As we know, there are known knowns. There are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns. That is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don't know we don't know.
It's all so clear now, if only I had known about the unknown knowns, and of course the known knowns that are unknown.
